Summary:

Signed, sealed, delivered…

While spacing out in Chemistry class, Lily scribbles some of her favorite song lyrics onto her desk. The next day, she finds that someone has continued the lyrics on the desk, and added a message to her. Intrigue!

Soon, Lily and her anonymous pen pal are exchanging full-on letters — sharing secrets, recommending bands, and opening up to each other. Lily realizes she’s kind of falling for this letter writer. Only who is he? As Lily attempts to unravel the mystery, and juggle school, friends, crushes, and her crazy family, she discovers that matters of the heart can’t always be spelled out…

Kasie West brings irresistible wit, warmth, and sparkle to this swoon-worthy story of love showing up when you least expect it

My Thoughts:

First…PS I Like You released YESTERDAY! So….GO get it!

This book was exactly what I needed a couple months ago when I read it.

It’s so cute and was just the right romance at the time!

I’d never read another Kasie West book, but I definitely plan to after this. I started this and didn’t put it down.

I also plan to order it for my library ASAP because I know that tons of teens will be able to relate to Lily. She’s entirely realistic, especially with how much she loves her music. Loving music is such a huge thing for many teenagers, so they will love that in Lily and was my favorite part of the book. She reminded me so much of myself at that age!

However, one of my favorite things was writing notes in my ARC and then passing it on to a friend. She then wrote her own notes in it as I’d said in another post.

It gets better…my cousin, who is 16, just borrowed the same copy. I’m hoping she’ll also add notes, but if not she’ll at least get a laugh out of what my friend and I wrote in it.

  1. Haha, great blog post title for this review. 🙂 I haven’t read Kasie West’s YA romances but I did REALLY enjoy her speculative novel, Pivot Point. Maybe I’ll have to give P.S. I Like You a try.
